ground floor is quite
spacious with all modern facilities—shelves made of black granite &
adequate number of white cup-boards for storage of kitchen paraphernalia
& ration. The kitchen is equiped with gyser, exhaust fan & water
filter etc. Breifely speaking it is an ideal kitchen for the house-wife. Second
kitchen (On the first floor) is built separately with the purpose either
for rental motive of above portion or for the purpose of joint-family in
